Pieter Malan scored an unbeaten 117 for the Boland Rocks against Western Province in Paarl on Monday.
Resuming the day on 106-0 with Malan (41*) and Isma-eel Gafieldien (60*) looking settled at the crease, Western Province picked up two early wickets in the morning session.
Malan then found willing partners in brother Janneman (29) and all-rounder Ferisco Adams (50*), before the captains shook hands at tea.
Kyle Simmonds (3-81) was the standout bowler for WP in the final innings.
In Centurion, there was no play possible due to rain, with the Northerns Titans and KZN Dolphins settling for a draw.
