SA claim first victory

On this Day in 1991, South Africa grabbed their first victory since readmission.

They pulled one back to beat India by eight wickets in the third ODI in Dehli, to prevent a 3-0 whitewash.

After the hosts posted 287-4, the South Africans overhauled the total thanks to 90 from Kepler Wessels, 86* from Peter Kirsten and 63* from Adrian Kuiper.
