Twenty-three-year-old John Turner‘s potent spell of 3-24 helped the Hampshire Hawks cruise to a five-wicket victory over Gloucestershire.

David Bedingham struck 43 off 32 balls (three fours and two sixes) in Durham’s seven-wicket victory over Leicestershire before smashing 63 off just 27 deliveries (nine fours and three sixes) against the Birmingham Bears.

Wayne Madsen and Daryn Dupavillon were key contributors in Derbyshire’s 96-run victory over Nottinghamshire, with Madsen scoring 53 off 32 balls (four fours and two sixes) and Dupavillon picking up 3-15 in three overs.

Colin Ingram earned his second half-century of the competition – 52 off 29 balls (seven fours and two sixes) – in Glamorgan’s two-wicket defeat to Essex.

Joburg-born Keaton Jennings did a captain’s job in Lancashire’s six-wicket win over Nottinghamshire, scoring 64 off 49 deliveries (six fours and two sixes).

Sean Dickson – born in Joburg and educated at KES – was the top-scoring South African this past week with 65 off 32 balls (nine fours and two sixes) that helped Somerset to a 63-run victory over Hampshire.
