Western Province beat the KZN Dolphins by five wickets on Sunday, while Boland remain top of the T20 Challenge log.
At Newlands, WP restricted the Dolphins to 138-7, with Mbulelo Dube taking 4-26. Joshua van Heerden then anchored the chase with 43 to guide the hosts home with 11 balls to spare.
Sunday’s other match, between the Northerns Titans and Central Gauteng Lions, was abandoned without a ball bowled due to persistent rain in Gauteng.
On Friday, Boland edged the Dolphins in dramatic fashion at Boland Park, winning after a second Super Over.
Both sides made 134 in their innings and tied again with seven runs apiece in the first Super Over, before Boland held their nerve in the second to secure victory and remain unbeaten in the T20 Challenge.
In Potchefstroom, the Titans beat the North West Dragons by seven runs.
Heinrich Klaasen top-scored with 53 as the Titans posted 196, before Lesiba Ngoepe’s 65 and Wihan Lubbe’s 46 got the hosts close.
On Saturday, the EP Warriors continued their fine form with a 54-run win over the KZN Inland Tuskers in Pietermaritzburg.
Matthew de Villiers struck another half-century as the Warriors reached 181-7, with the Tuskers dismissed for 127 in reply.
